As part of its risk management project, the COFFS Working Group commissioned the development of a risk management planning guide and additional tools to assist national producer organizations and other groups involved in the delivery of national on-farm food safety programs to effectively plan for the risks associated with this activity. The guide was developed with the assistance of Marsh Risk Consulting and the project was completed in September 2003.
